In accordance with the order approving the settlement ( Notice of Proposed Settlements of Class Action ), unclaimed and un-cashed funds remaining in the net settlement fund were distributed on August 6, 2008. These funds were issued to Class Members who have cashed their initial distribution and who would receive at least $10.00 from this re-distribution. There will not be an additional round of distributions in this settlement.
